With the help of Bella, you can also customize your fit & design, as per what suits you & your comfort.

Do I Need To Sign Up For An Account to view products?

I N B O D E, we believe in going an extra mile for everything we do. Hence, our shipping is free for all orders in India.
For international shipping, the shipping cost will be calculated at the time of checkout. Also, if at all any charges are due at the custom office, shall be paid by the customer.

How To Place An Order?

When you find an item you wish to purchase, you can easily customise a product with the help of bella’s recommendations, check how to style it & its size & fit. You can then select your fit choice in the FIT STUDIO- custom or standard measurement size (there is a size guide for every item on the product page). Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail and a SMS acknowledgement before we initiate our validation process.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. How Much Time Will It Take For My Order To Reach Me?

Most items in our collection are hand crafted, made especially for you on order and hence the total delivery times would take longer than usual e-commerce purchases you make. At present we ship domestically across India and soon launching over 30 countries internationally. What Is Your Return Policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase from Glitstreet.com due to quality / fitting / appearing different issues, do not worry! Our Customer Experience Team is here to help and protect your best interests by providing hassle free returns in such cases. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed , undamaged and should be in their original packaging including: hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc. Returns process is as below:

  • Please contact our customer experience team at info@inbode.com or on +91-8448-3937-30/32 to initiate a return request. You can request for a return within 48 hours of receiving the product. As soon as our team initiates your returns, you will receive an email notification immediately with details of return initiated.
  • Please prepare the return item(s) for reverse pickup by putting the undamaged product with accompanying tags in the original packaging.
  • Our logistics partner will pick up the packet from your doorstep within 2-3 days of inbodeTeam initiating your returns request.
  • You will get a confirmation email once we receive the returned products at our Delhi/NCR office and refund is issued.

We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you. We want to build an experience that is centric to you, to build the best product. However, under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your personal information with any other company in any condition.

I Returned My Purchase. When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your returned item is received, we'll initiate a quick product inspection to ensure that the product is returned in an unused, unwashed, undamaged and unworn condition- this is usually done within 2 working days of successful return product inspection, we will initiate your refunds and you will be informed by email of successful refund of your purchase amount. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear back in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
